The management structures of Rotary are changing. While the old avenues of service (Club, Community, Vocational, International and Youth) have been a backbone of club management in the past, it is now time to develop a new structure. This new structure is designed to re-focus our club management on what is important for a successful Club. This should allow Rotary Club of Nundah to simplify its committee structure, and become stronger in the coming years.
The Avenues of service are still vital, but they now provide a base to build upon. Combined with the Leadership Plan, they are a foundation so that the Object of Rotary can be supported by strong pillars :
